This all day intensive session will teach you the ins and outs of the funding process from investors and experts who have successfully helped their clients navigate the funding process.  Learn how to:

 

  • Develop a Compelling Strategy and Plan

  • Build Out a Team

  • Structure Your Deal (Offerings, Valuation, Terms Sheet)

  • Effectively Present to Investors

  • Prepare for and Manage Due Diligence

  • Create an Attractive Exit Strategy

 

Who Should Attend?

The Entrepreneur Funding Boot Camp is designed for entrepreneurs, including CEOs and other C-Level executives from start-up companies.  We recommend, but do not require, that each company have at least two members of their management team attend.

 

 

Course Fees:

$125/person includes all day education session, copy of course materials, extensive handouts from speakers, breakfast, and lunch.
